About the Role:
We are hiring a Remote Dental Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls for multiple dental practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office setting.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between patients and dental offices, coordinating appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Your contributions will help maintain a seamless workflow and improve client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel dental appointments.
✓ Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and requests.
✓ Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, and patient details.
✓ Collaborate with dental office staff and team members to optimize scheduling and improve operational efficiency.
✓ Ensure appointment schedules are up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
✓ Assist in the preparation of documents and other appointment-related tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
✓ Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓ Proficiency in scheduling software or tools.
✓ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
✓ Friendly, customer service-oriented demeanour with the ability to address and resolve concerns.
